In this workshop we explore how we can prepare individuals for the tricky transitions that they face, such as changes after the recent pandemic, where wellbeing is at risk and the future is uncertain.
We are well placed to guide and support individuals through these times and have never been so needed to support people who have been through adversity.
What the workshop will cover:
How transitions in life can feel dangerous and traumatic.
How we are wired for survival and how trauma impacts our nervous system.
How to spot the signs of nervous system dysregulation.
Practical ways to create a sense of safety to support healthy transitions.
