Trauma  Attachment Faith

Equipping faith organisations and their teams to become trauma informed

WELCOME TO

Join the Dots

Our vision is to enable local churches, youth ministries, schools’ teams and charities who serve people in need, to be more accessible to those whose lives have been impacted by trauma.

We help people to make those all-important connections between adverse (childhood) experiences, mental health, physical behaviours, engagement in relationships and their spiritual journey.

We equip faith groups to create safe spaces where families, and individuals of all ages, who have experienced adversity can develop a secure identity in Christ.

We support faith organisations to work with other local agencies so that families grow to become securely connected preventing trauma in the future.

We do this by providing a range of training and consultancy services.

TRAINING

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Workshop Webinars

We offer a variety of workshops that anyone involved in children or youth work in a faith setting can benefit from. These are bookable for your group, and can be tailored to your needs and/or setting.

Upcoming Events

Join an upcoming event!

During the course of the year we offer a mix of taster and full sessions. These sessions are open to children's and youth workers across the country, and serve as an opportunity to learn together, network, and share experiences.

Organisational Consultations

We offer individualised consultations for workers in churches and NGOs who would like to explore ways to create a more supportive environment and culture in their physical setting. This may be in the form of a checklist and conversation or an on-site visit, with a full audit of facilities, processes and policies.

"I've attended other things on trauma but nothing that linked trauma and faith before... I learnt a lot and hope to attend more with a group."

"Lots of amazing pieces of wisdom to carry into my work with young people, and all in all an empowering and encouraging morning."
