Self Care for Teams

Lack of self care is particularly common in churches and NGOs. In this training, we will explore what it feels like to stay in a regulated state, and look at ways of understanding our limits, pacing ourselves and refuelling.  

What the workshop will cover:

  • What it means to work from rest.

  • What it means for our bodies to be regulated.

  • The impact of our own attachment styles on how we work.

  • Dealing with perfectionism and compassion fatigue.

  • Ways we refill our bucket.

LENGTH: 3 to 6 hours dependant on your setting. This training is most effective in person.
