Self Care for Teams

Lack of self care is particularly common in churches and NGOs whilst we support the needs of others. In this reflective workshop, we will explore what it feels like to stay in a regulated state, and look at ways of understanding our limits, pacing ourselves and refuelling. An opportunity to reflect on physical, spiritual and relational wellbeing both as individuals and as a team. A must for those who want to operate in a trauma informed way.
Who is this workshop for?
​Any team of people who are involved in the same organisation such as a church or charity. serving those who have experienced adversity.

This reflective workshop will cover:​​​

What it means to work from rest

The impact of supporting trauma experienced people (vicarious or secondary trauma)

Recognising the signs of burnout

What it means for our bodies to be regulated

The impact of our own attachment styles on how we work

Dealing with perfectionism and compassion fatigue

Ways we refill our bucket​​​
LENGTH: Half day
However this workshop can take place over an extended whole day period giving more time for reflection and team building.
