WORKSHOP

Beauty for ashes

Campaign Management Set_edited.jpg
Many of us long to experience genuine, deep relationships and be part of a community where emotional healing happens. We know that the message of Christianity is powerfully relevant for those who have experienced suffering and conflict. Yet, in the context of church, suffering people often keep their struggles to themselves, and may feel forced to put up a front. Churches can fall short in providing safety and support to those experiencing inner turmoil. Rather than feeling bolstered and experiencing healing, those who are struggling can end up marginalised and questioning their faith.

When we are trying to create a culture of reality and safety that can facilitate God’s healing, it can be hard to know where to start.

This workshop provides a safe space where we can begin to explore honest and raw faith together, along with some foundational neuroscience. The ground we cover will help you create a context where beauty can come from ashes and joy from mourning (Isaiah 61:1-3).
